Le Plaisir Du Goût

Brining you guys to my favourite restaurant in Kribi! We stopped by on our way back to our hotel not really knowing what to expect. Le Plaisir du Goût is the restaurant of hotel Les Gites de Kribi. It has a very ecological decoration, with wood and maritime objects being the heaviest element of their theme. There's a balanced mix of the two, as you'll find wooden animal statues and steering wheels along with puffed blowfish as lamps.

It's the perfect place to eat by the beach side whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For clients lodging at the hotel breakfast is included, and there's an additional 10% reduction on the bill. Their menu has very affordable prices and offers African, European, and Asian dishes which are all very tasty. I personally would recommend trying out their pizza and crustacean dishes.

To catch Kribi's orange sunsets with the waves at your feet, it's best to dine around 5 -6 pm (17h - 18h). Le Plaisir du Goût left such a great impression on us it's become our go-to restaurant in Kribi due its eco-maritime decoration, amazing view of the beach, and of course mouth-watering food.
